Believe on yourself

There is a person who is currently having relationship with his girlfriend more than two year. Now, there is a tough life coming here. The guy planned to buy a new second hand car after he sold his previous car. But the problem is he planned to buy house before he planned to buy car. Is this idea changed from time to time? What you all opinion in it? Is it a good idea?

For my personal opinion, he can still maintain his old car by brought the car to service shop instead of sold it to another person and try to planning for housing. As you know, the housing prices has getting more and more expensive because of the raw material, wages increase and other factors. The guy also searching for a second hand house too. Why he don't wanted to get the house instead of car?

His wage is not as high enough to get the loan from the bank too. He can keep the money as saving in bank from time to time then for a long time there is a gain from the saving. Mayb instead of second hand house then can move to brand new house because gain from interest rate as well. The person also didn't put lots of effort in his working. He just always depend on the wages by keeping the same sells. He actually can try his best to do as much selll as possible until achieve the target that he wanted to then request for commission or increase wages. Then, for a long time he can have high wages then can buy the house in the shorter period than the plannd time. But, he didn't manage to do it and always sitting outside the shop by looking for other competitor shop than full of customers. He don't believe on himself and always depend on the world free meals. For example: if u didn't study hard, can u expect high markhs? The answer is yes and mayb no. Yes because he is intelligence in study and can gain all the information that taught by teacher in the class. For no, he didn't put lots of effort in doing revision and always jealous for the high markh student by not doing any revision. So, the person has to put more or extra effort in it to chase the yes person. After putting more effort in it, then u can see the result and you sure can win the person in the time coming.
